¶1¶1ṣ1This license governs use of the accompanying software. ¶1ṣ2If you use the software, you accept this license. ¶1ṣ3If you do not accept the license, do not use the software.

1. §1Definitions

§1¶1§1¶1ṣ1The terms reproduce, reproduction, derivative works, and distribution have the same meaning here as under U.S. copyright law.

§1¶2§1¶2ṣ1A contribution is the original software, or any additions or changes to the software.

§1¶3§1¶3ṣ1A contributor is any person that distributes its contribution under this license.

2. §2Grant of Rights

3. §3Conditions and Limitations

(A) §3.ANo Trademark License §3.A¶1§3.A¶1ṣ1This license does not grant you rights to use any contributors' name, logo, or trademarks.

(B) §3.B§3.B¶1ṣ1If you bring a patent claim against any contributor over patents that you claim are infringed by the software, your patent license from such contributor to the software ends automatically.

(C) §3.C§3.C¶1ṣ1If you distribute any portion of the software, you must retain all copyright, patent, trademark, and attribution notices that are present in the software.
