  1. Am I pulling the backstroke equally with both hands?
  2. I am doing a funny L hand flip on the backstroke; stop it.
  3. The expert had the other ringer who started when I did and me both take a knot → shorter tail.
  4. The expert: When tenoring,
    1. don't just listen (but do keep doing that!) and pull by sound (when the bell in 2nds or 3rds sounds, for tenoring on the 6);
    2. also use my ropesight practice to watch for the last out of the front bells, and use that to confirm my timing.
